GAEA also provides catering and booth services for small and niche events. The Th\u1ea3o \u0110i\u1ec1n Vintage Market is one example where we created a simple, specialty service booth and introduced Pelican Coffee to the public for the first time. The booth was a compact, premium wooden setup designed for easy mobility. We equipped it with a modern espresso machine and applied specialty coffee techniques to enhance the overall quality of the beverages served, with a strong focus on flavour and craftsmanship.<\/p>\n

The Saigon Vintage Market in Th\u1ea3o \u0110i\u1ec1n is a flea-style weekend market where visitors can browse second-hand, retro and vintage clothing, accessories, home d\u00e9cor, artisan items and more \u2013 a real \u201ctreasure hunt\u201d for unique pieces.<\/p>\n

  • Food, beverages & social atmosphere:<\/strong> the market combines shopping with food stalls, drinks, music and a relaxed weekend vibe. This was also the first time Pelican Coffee was introduced directly to consumers (normally Pelican Coffee is available for HORECA only).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    During the market, we introduced five Pelican coffee blends and our home-use drip bag trial box. We served more than 1,000 coffees and sold a significant number of 250 g and 500 g coffee pouches.
